We create soccer-specific video, enhancing player, team and coach development. We specialize in college soccer recruiting videos, maximizing opportunity for positive evaluation by the college coach. Soccer Aspect is not a recruiting service nor a scouting service. We are a video production company with a focus on soccer.

History

Soccer Aspect was founded by Chris Hamblin in 2009 to harness the power of video for players, coaches and the youth soccer community. In August, 2011 Chris accepted a college coaching position and transferred ownership and operations to Managing Director Scott Partridge.

Scott Partridge – Managing Director


Coaching Experience – Scott recently held the position of Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Northeastern University. Scott is also on MA ODP Staff and has worked with numerous local area clubs.
Playing Experience – Scott was a standout goalkeeper at Northeastern University, he holds the single season record for goals against average, the career record for goals against average and the single season record for minutes played at Northeastern University. Before college Scott was also a three time ODP Regional Team Goalkeeper.
Video Experience – Scott is trained in Final Cut Studio, has experience with video equipment and understands multiple video formats. Scott’s expertise in the game of soccer along with his knowledge of video editing techniques, has helped Soccer Aspect grow as one of the most effective college soccer recruitment video providers in the country.

John Conlon – Director of Operations


Coaching Experience – John recently held the position of First Assistant Women’s Coach at East Tennessee State University (Div. 1 2010-2011). Before East Tennessee John held the position of First Assistant Women’s Coach at University of Massachusetts (Div. 1 2009-2010) and also Assistant Women’s Coach at University of New Hampshire (Div. 1 2005-2008). At all college coaching positions John worked with both field players and goalkeepers.
Other Soccer Experience – In the spring of 2009, John was the Goalkeeper Coach for the Northeastern University Women’s program (Div.1). John has also coached at local area clubs and high schools as well as being a strength and conditioning specialist.
Video Experience – John is trained in multiple video editing software programs including Final Cut Studio and Gamebreaker. With John’s college coaching experience he is able to bring a wealth of knowledge to Soccer Aspect including video techniques that not only effectively showcase the featured player in a recruitment video, but also allow for effective evaluation by college coaches.
